Services

SuperSealing provides essential pavement maintenance to extend the life of roads. We provide exceptional service and are committed to reliability, OH&S, and quality workmanship.

SuperSealing uses the latest in design, technology and equipment and has highly skilled and experienced employees. The SuperSealing Management team share more than 30 years industry experience and are experts in the industry.

SuperSealing will inspect each works location and recommend the most effective and practical applications.

Prior to all application methods, cracks are cleaned out by compressed air and by removing vegetation by hand chipping if required.

Scraper Finish

This provides a flush finish between our sealant and the road surface. This is the recommended and most common method as it reduces noise and improves skid resistance whilst protecting the pavement.

Bead Pouring

This method is best used on chip seal surfaces to ensure better penetration into cracks and a long lasting solution.

Technology

SuperSealing has embraced new product technology to ensure our clients receive "Essential Pavement Maintenance" to extend the life of the pavement by:

• Preventing surface water from entering the pavement.
• Minimising the risk of upward reflection cracking when overlaying.
• Applying hot polymer/rubberised sealants to all open cracks.

Overbanding

Used on wide cracking to provide sufficient bondage on either side of the crack.

Standard Reservoir

This is suited for concrete cracking and high speed raceways.
